Abdu Razzaq Dawood advised Chinese to utilize available possible means of IT sector by bringing asset in Pakistan. Mr Dawood in a meeting with Chinese officials on Wednesday friendly well-versed the commission of the investment policies being offered in Pakistan.
The commission of China Railways Construction Corporation appealed Mr Dawood to explore the IT investment chances in Pakistan. He valued the investment proposal placed forward by CRCC and guaranteed maximum support to thrust the scheme onward.
Additionally, he highlighted the commission to join forces with local IT firms and companies to transfer technological know-how and create jobs for local IT human resource.
Also present on the time, CRCC managing director valued Pakistan’s business-friendly plans and conversant the partakers that CRCC proposed to undertake ‘Islamabad IT Special Economic Zone Project’ as a public-private enterprise between Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and CRCC.
He underlined that CRCC was dedicated to devoting in the expansion of SEZs without financially troubling the government of Pakistan.
“The project aims to develop an IT SEZ in Islamabad with state-of-the-art infrastructure, superior connectivity, and smart facilities, which will attract investment in the IT sector,” he added.
He was of the view that the proposed project would bring vast profits to Pakistan by enticing top IT companies to the country.
“The project will provide safe, convenient and affordable office spaces to nurture homegrown IT business and generate thousands of new jobs for Pakistani IT talent while raising the competitiveness of Pakistan’s IT product in global market,” the CRCC representative highlighted.
